- Title:Astrophysical Sources of Neutrinos and Expected Ra
- Abstract:We consider likely astrophysical sources of high-energy neutrinos. Based on gamma-ray emission properties, blazars and GRBs are argued to be the most favored candidates for production of UHECRs and detection of ultra-high energy neutrinos. Detailed calculations of the gamma-ray and neutrino fluxes are presented for GRBs and blazars, and predictions of GeV and TeV gamma-ray and PeV and EeV neutrino production from GRBs are made in light of recent Swift results.
