- Abstract:The Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA) will detect low frequency gravitational waves in the 0.1mHz to 1Hz frequency window. LISA consists of three spacecraft each housing two freely falling proof masses. The spacecraft will be separated by 5 million km and laser interferometer will monitor the distances between the proof masses with pm-accuracy. I will discuss the current design and status of the LISA gravitational reference sensor and LISA interferometry.
